In the Fall of 2014, we released our second book called Korean / American - Creature Comforts. The book contained a wide range of recipes that we still enjoy - from homemade pasta sauces to simple breakfast options. But one recipe stood out among all the rest. One recipe to rule them all - BIBIMBAP ( 비빔밥 ).

For those of us who are fans of the stone bowl, there is nothing quite like it. So to commemorate two years of illustrated deliciousness, Choi whipped up a new bibimbap recipe for our latest towel collection!
