Based on the original recipe found in Korean American: Everyday Cooking (page 11), this remastered version is the way Choi loves her Kimchi jji-gae: bright, bold and full of tasty ingredients!

Built for around-the-house and in-the-kitchen, these handy 26' x 16.5' cotton/linen towels are rendered in awe-sewn detail and can add a splash of culinary color anywhere you hang 'em. Becomes ultra-soft after one wash, and takes a lot of counter cleaning and vegetable washing to make the design fade.
